Who we are
Replace exists to make buying used devices as safe and straightforward as buying new ones.
We realized that with used electronics there’s more uncertainty. Buyers have a lot less protection, and that’s holding the industry back. And we knew we could deliver more value than just selling devices.
That’s why the six of us came together and we set out to do it differently. Replace offers warranties way beyond the industry norm, backed by rigorous inspection and careful grading. You know what you’re getting and you know you can rely on us. We work with and support the businesses we supply, helping them manage selection and logistics, and problem-solving for them when they ask us. We’re not just a wholesaler. We’re a partner.
The only way to make this vision a reality was to recruit a diverse team, with expertise in diagnostics, repair, wholesale, distribution and IT solutions. Therefore, we have put together a team of about 100 skilled professionals on a 1400m2 site to be able to offer the market leading service to our partners and customers.
We know it’s all for nothing if we don’t have the devices and accessories you require. So we’re constantly working to expand our product portfolio, with the aim of being able to supply everyone – however large, small or specialized. We want to be the one stop shop for used electronics, and you can help us: if you don’t see what you want, ask!
From the CEO
I’m Kris Männama, CEO of Replace. Back when I was working on streamlining the sales process for a leading electronics recycler, I took yearly sales from €500k to €28m in three years. The secret turned out to be pretty simple: I relentlessly focused on making buying easy and transparent, on innovation and on customer service.
We came together with the best industry experts and decided to take those same commitments – to quality, transparency, innovation and customer success – and build our own company around them. The aim is to deliver an end-to-end solution for used electronics, one that maximises value to resellers. That’s Replace.
